The modular cooling system, with a standard 43°C ambient cooling package, supports long-duration, high-intensity continuous operation of the machine. An optional high-power electronic auxiliary cooling device, paired with a robust one-piece integrated radiator bracket, effectively resolves the issue of hydraulic retarder failure and disengagement due to heat fade during long-distance heavy-load downhill operations. The rhomboid structure of the body increases volume by 4% compared to the traditional trapezoidal structure, shifts the center of gravity forward, shortens the wheelbase, reduces the turning radius for better maneuverability, and improves operational efficiency. Optimized suspension layout provides a lower loading height at the same body side board height, improving loading efficiency.

The middle and rear axles are connected to the frame using a transverse push + longitudinal push arrangement, enhancing lateral stability, reducing lateral misalignment of the rear leaf springs, and effectively lowering the failure rate of the rear leaf springs and limit plates. Safety and Reliability

Features a mining-specific four-piece one-piece flexible frame, with large cross-section side rails for strong bending and torsional resistance. No subframe; the frame is weld-free, effectively avoiding weld cracking, with a low center of gravity for better driving stability. Validated through finite element analysis and OMSA testing, the one-piece frame provides more reasonable stress distribution, reduces high-stress points, and minimizes fatigue cracking. Service braking uses a dual-circuit braking system; if one circuit fails, the braking effect of the other circuit is not affected. Large-capacity air reservoirs ensure continuous braking capability and rapid response for high active safety. Optional hydraulic retarder can be added to meet the requirements of steep-slope, long-distance heavy-load downhill operations, reducing driver braking frequency.
